We understand how important it is that your cases are delivered quickly and efficiently so all orders are dispatched in the shortest possible time.
We’ll notify you when they’re on their way and if there’s an unexpected delay, we’ll make sure you’re kept updated. Please note transit delays are out of our control.
Cases may take a little longer than indicated if our technicians have any queries or where photographs or further information is requested from the customer.
Where possible, allow three full weeks from the impression appointment to a cementation, and extra time if the implant componentry has to be specifically ordered. We’ll always advise of new estimated despatch dates if the original date has had to change while waiting for further information.
A postage and handling fee of $18.00 plus GST applies to each job dispatched.
